Membership & Distribution
PROJECT / 05A commission should lead back to an order.
Three things to know
- My responsibility
- Business-rule modelling & full-stack development
- Key decision
- Connect commissions to orders and make balance changes and payout permissions traceable.
- Delivery scope
- Membership, commissions and review workflows implemented and maintained as business rules evolve.
An independent system for ONNI’s membership and agent operations, covering roles, team relationships, order commissions and payout approval.
Make the rules traceable.
Member tiers, personal commissions, team commissions and bonuses each have different conditions. I translate these into permissions, ledger records and review steps that keep the source and state of each amount visible.
The storefront and membership system are deployed separately. Permissioned interfaces sync completed orders, with duplicate processing handled to prevent repeat credits.
Design money and permissions together.
Balance and payout operations use controlled database workflows alongside row-level access and admin verification. State transitions, precision and concurrent operations all affect correctness.
The work also covers team views, transaction history, payout review and mobile admin improvements.
Part of a connected business.
This system belongs to the same ONNI business as the storefront, B2B portal and invoicing tool. Its case focuses on business rules and integration; capacity planning figures are not presented as active membership.
